Vape not charging is often caused by a dead battery with defective performance or faulty charging cable.
When you encounter charging failure, it is better to follow the user manual to replace a compatible charging cable first. Then, charge it for about 30 minutes and check if the LED light turns on.
If the lights turn on, the battery is just out of power and can be charged. If not, the battery may malfunction, and you can take it out for further inspection or simply replace a new battery or device directly.
