Most vapes are made by qualified manufacturers. If you want to make a DIY vape, follow the below 4 steps to help you.
- Prepare vape accessories: Get them from an online or offline vape shop. This includes a rechargeable battery, resistance wire (Nichrome or Kanthal), wire terminal, a button, insulated electrical wire, cotton wick, and coil.
- Build up the atomizer: Use a syringe tube as the atomizer base, insert a copper pipe, and puncture a hole.
- Assembling the vape: Seal the gap using rubber bands and glue, use nichrome for the wicks and circuits, add a button and a battery, and then encase your DIY vape in a clear plastic box.
- DIY E-Liquid NZ: Fill the e-liquid into the syringe. You can purchase e-liquid from vape shops or mix PG and VG together. If you’re unsure about the ratio, a 50:50 VG: PG blend would be a safe option.
Remember that all risks that happen in the vape disassembling steps are all counted as your own risk.
