If you have such a problem with your Elf Bar about why is my vape lighting up but not hitting, it is most likely caused by the following five reasons. The attached troubleshooting follows to help you to fix Elf Bar not hitting.
- Low battery
If the battery is too low, it may result in the device not having enough power to heat the coils to produce vapour.
🌟How to: Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the bottom of the Elf Bar and charge for about 60 minutes, the LED will change colour to show the charging status until it turns off to indicate that the charging is complete so you can confirm that it is charging correctly.
Once fully charged, try using the Elf Bar NZ again to see if it produces vapour. - Old Coil
The coil is the component responsible for heating the e-liquid and converting it into vapour. If the coil burns out or malfunctions, it will not be able to produce vapour.
🌟How to: Typically, you will need to unscrew the old coil from the tank and screw in a new one. - Insufficient airflow due to air bubbles
Air bubbles can get trapped in pre-filled Elf Bar tanks, causing clogging or preventing impingement.
🌟How to: Gently tap the Elf Bar to remove any remaining air bubbles and restore normal airflow. - Insufficient vape e-liquid
Insufficient e-liquid is not enough to produce a large amount of vapour.
🌟How to: Open and check the level of the e-liquid and refill if necessary to ensure there is enough e-liquid. - Dead Elf Bar
If none of the above solutions solves the problem of the Elf Bar not hitting, the unit itself may be dead. This could be due to internal circuitry issues or other defects.
🌟How to: Contact the manufacturer’s customer support department for assistance. They may be able to provide troubleshooting tips or warranty replacements if the device is still covered under warranty.
