Orders are processed within 24 hours From Monday to Friday.
- New Zealand: 1-2 business days
- Australia: 3-5 business days

Returns & Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us before the delivery
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- In case of a partial refund, if the amount paid after the refund still exceeds the free shipping terms ($50), no shipping charges will be deducted.
